Museum of Science Overnight

posted Nov 2, 2017, 6:27 AM by Burlington Pack 555

January 20th we will spend the night at the Museum of Science!

The Overnight Program allows Cub Scouts and their adult chaperones to discover science in an entertaining, educational, and interactive way through hands-on science activities, a Theater of Electricity Lightning! show, science demonstrations, an Omni film, time to explore the Museum, and much more. Plus, where else do you have a chance to sleep under a dinosaur or a giant grasshopper?

Pie Collection for Thanksgiving

posted Nov 2, 2017, 6:24 AM by Burlington Pack 555

On November 18th, Scouts will arrive at Shaw's in Burlington to collect pies for the Burlington Food Pantry. The Food Pantry needs pies in order to complete the Thanksgiving meal they provide to hundreds of Burlington Families in need. This event is also organized by our Charter Organization, the United Church of Christ, Congregational. We will ask people to purchase a pie (starting at $5.00) and donate it to us so that we can deliver it to the Food Pantry. Hope to see you there!
